WOD:
1) Press: 5-5-5-5-5
Push Press: 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk: 1-1-1-1-1
In this series you will perform a set every 75 seconds working all the way through all 15 sets. The goal is to perform climbing sets throughout all 15 sets. This means each set should be heavier than the last, at no time should the bar get lighter.
2) 8 rounds for Max Reps:
20 seconds Deadlift 225/155
10 seconds Rest
20 seconds Ball Slam 40/30
10 seconds Rest
For results post weight used for every set of the shoulder-to-overhead movements, in addition to reps completed in the Met-con along with any scaling used.

Awesome job today everybody. The strength work had everyone thinking a little bit, but you all got through it and built some heavy volume into the overhead work. The Met-con didn’t look like anything special, but it was a tough combination of movements and hit many of you hard. Keep up the great work. I leave tonight night but will be doing my best to update the site while I’m out in California. Thank you all so much for your help and support. Crossfit Games here we come. Cheers
