9 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
10 Box Jumps 24/20
11 Push-ups
12 D-Ball Over the Shoulder 100/70
Perform the workout just like the song, 1, 2+1, 3+2+1, 4+3+2+1, and so on until the workout is complete.
