Another awesome day today. We had a good crew in the gym throughout the day. Hit up a little benchmark action, in what turned out to be, as most expected, a bit of a death march in “Kelly.” Awesome workout, all worked incredibly hard, and it was great to see everyone cheering each other on. Ken showed some true heart pushing to the limit on his last wall balls. Another day awaits tomorrow. Cheers.
