20 Deficit Handstand Push-ups 4.5/3″

30 Front Squats 95/65

Scale as needed. Time cap 12 minutes.

4) 3 rounds for Quality:

10 Strict Pull-ups

15 Snatch Grip Barbell Hip Extensions

20 V-Ups
