WOD: 1) Pause Back Squat: 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 Pause Back Squat should be a quick decent, a 3 second hold in the bottom, and then a bounce to come back up. Rest 90 seconds between sets. Regionals Apparel

It’s that time of year again. Regionals is just 3 weeks away. We will be ordering T-shirts and Tank Tops come Monday for the event. If you didn’t already know we have a Dani, Trevor, and Mat all competing as Individuals and will have a Team again. I know we have a bunch of folks coming down to support our amazing athletes and it would be great to see everyone wearing the same gear. Even if you’re not coming down to watch the events, if you’d like to support your gym and athletes by picking up a shirt or two that’d be awesome. The cost will be a little more than our typical T-shirts, $30, as some of the money is going to support the athletes competing.
