Rest 90 seconds between sets. 2) Front Squat: 5 @ 60%, 5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 70% Rest 90 seconds between sets, including the transition from Back to Front Squat. 3) 12 minute up Ladder: 1 Hang Squat Snatch 135/95 2 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 3 Burpees 2 Hang Squat Snatch 135/95 4 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 6 Burpees 3 Hang Squat Snatch 135/95 6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 9 Burpees and so on until 12 minutes is up Extra Work: 4) Reverse Hyper: 3 x 20 Rest 90 seconds. 5) GHD Sit-ups: 3 x 15-30 Rest 90 seconds.
