WOD: 1) Bench Press: 10-10-10-10-10 For this we are looking for 5 of the absolute heaviest sets possible, SO you should look to be starting at your 10RM. Warm-up accordingly, if you don’t know your 10RM guess, and adjust accordingly if you’re significantly off. Rest should be a solid 2-3 minutes between sets.
