WOD: 7 rounds of 3 minutes each:200m Run15 Burpees15 Ball Slams 40/30 In this workout your rest is your score. The goal is to complete the interval as fast as possible and the remainder of the 3 minutes is your rest period. WOD: 1) Clean Complex: 1-1-1-1-1 One Clean Complex consists of 1 Deadlift, 1 Clean Pull, 1 Power Clean, and 1 Hang Squat Clean. All of these movements should be touch and go there should be no resting the bar on the ground. Rest no more than 2 minutes between sets. WOD: 1) Strict Press: 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 While we went for a max single yesterday on the Front Squat you should not be looking for the same thing here. We are looking for total overall poundage, which means you should be doing heavy sets of 5 and 3, and thus your shoulders should be taxed to the point where you won’t be hitting a 1RM. For each set you should be looking to go as heavy as possible. I can’t begin to explain how proud I am of everybody. They all did an absolutely amazing job. In addition I, and the team are all so thankful for our amazingly supportive community. Without you all we wouldn’t have made it to the Games. The team perform amazing today, and moved up almost 10 spots to finish out 18th overall for the weekend.
