Congratulations!!!

So some of you already know this, while others do not. I just want to say a big Congratulations to our wonderful Coach and my girlfriend Dani. As of today, April 23rd, she will now be working full-time at Champlain Valley CrossFit. She has been incredibly helpful over the last year and half helping at the gym and I can’t thank her enough for being such an amazing girlfriend, coach, athlete, and member of our amazing community. Congratulations Dani, we are all so excited to have you on board full-time. Crushing it at the Garage Games Finals at CrossFit Southie – Jade

Bring a Friend Workout and Potluck

This Friday, April 27th, we will be having a bring a friend, or two or three, class at 5:45 PM. Bring anyone you want in. Afterwards we are going to have a potluck as well. Paleo food is most welcomed, but bring anything you like, and BYOB is completely acceptable. We had 50+ people last month, hope to see lots of you in this Friday for a good get together. Cheers.
