You guys all did awesome, some of you did your first workouts with muscle-ups, and others got their first workout on with some handstand push-ups. Double-unders look like they are getting better and better for many of you. Keep up the amazing work. Hope to see lots of you tomorrow. Cheers. I know a number of you were glued to the games feed. Hope you enjoyed watching some amazing feats of athleticism. Sorry for the lack of pictures today, the camera was vacant from the gym. Everybody did an awesome job. Today was the start of the 3rd Wendler Cycle. You are all doing amazing with it and continuing to get stronger. Keep it up. Hope to see lots of you tomorrow. The CrossFit Games
Just wanted to say congratulations from everyone at the gym to Kelly Steadman who competed at the CrossFit Games this past weekend. While Kelly primarily trains at her house, she has been in a little to train with us and did the Open with us, plus she lives in good old Vermont so it’s awesome to see our little state represented. She wound up 14th place, just missing the final cut to the last workouts. Congratulations Kelly. – Jade
Renovation
Thanks so much to all of you that came into the gym to help with our renovation. We likely won’t have the finishing touches done until the end of the week, but we’ve got some surprises for everybody to see when they make it in for there next class. It was a repeater for some of you from back in December. You all did an amazing job. It’s always awesome to see so many of you making improvements on your training, and it was great to see less bands, deeper squats, and higher boxes today. Keep up the awesome work. Cheers.
