WOD: Muscle-up Practice: 15 minutes 15 minute AMRAP:10 Power Snatch 95/6515 Box Jumps 24/1820 Kettlebell Swings 70/53 Post results/thoughts to comments Great job today everybody. It was awesome to see so many people working on those assisted muscle-ups. Even if you’re not strong enough to get a muscle-up yet practicing them with assistance is a great way to get the movement down so that when you have the strength you’ll be able to get one. After the muscle-up work you all killed it on the met-con and pushed yourselves really hard. Great work everybody. Keep it up. Cheers. I’m psyched to see so many people doing the Wendler cycle and dedicating their time to getting stronger. The stronger you are the easier things will become. Keep up the awesome work everybody.
