We know many of you follow the world of CrossFit in a number of ways and in a number of degrees. As we’ve already started to see some of our members posting on the subject we felt compelled to be brief, but get something out there quickly and not wait until tomorrow. Our country clearly has a number of horrible issues going on with it. *A few quick updates HERE **To coincide with our new programming structure, you will find programming going forward under Move, Power, Sport, and Competition. For the next 3 days we will be posting just an EMOTM for people to do as a group in class, or feel free to do your own thing. Full programming and class structure will go into affect on Saturday.
