Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Use straps if you need them/have them. Quickly built to 3 heavy sets. 2) Halting Jerk: 5 sets of 3 Warm-up as needed. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. This is two kettlebells, one in each hand. WOD: 2) Power Snatch + 2 Snatch: 4 sets Warm-up as needed. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Build to a heavy set for the day, start at at least 60% of your 1RM. No more than 10 seconds between lifts. Drop and reset between each rep. 3) Snatch High Pull: 3 sets of 3 Warm-up as needed.
