Pre Class: 1) Football Bar Bench Press Wide Grip: 10 @ 60%, 8 @ 65%, 6 @ 70%, 6 @ 75%, 6 @ 80% Warm-up as needed. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. 2) Strict Press: 5 @ 60%, 5 @ 70%, 2×5 @ 75% Warm-up as needed. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. 3) Bar Dips: 4 sets of 8 Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Pre Class: 1) 20 minute EMOTM: Odd, Bar Muscle-ups, Even, 5 Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Squat Pick rep range on the Bar Muscle-ups that you can maintain and that won’t shred your hands. For the OHS perform 5 reps on one arm, then the next even minute 5 reps on the other arm, total of 25 reps/arm through this series. 2) 2-Stop Snatch Pull: 4 sets of 3 Warm-up as needed.
