Just a reminder that this Saturday evening we will be placing to host to a Vermont Powerlifting Competition. Because of this there will be no Open gym on Sunday. Come in Saturday for class otherwise see you guys Monday.

We are ordering new T-shirts and Zip Up Hoodies. They will all be pre-order this time around and paid up front. You can order them either online via MindBody at the link below, or you can order them at the gym. Order will be placed on 11/12/12. Price for the T-shirts is $25 and the Hoodie is $40. Hey everybody, obviously if you’re reading this you have seen our new website. Hope you like it. Please take a look around, there is a bunch of content that was not on the old website.
