WOD: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 – AQAP:Squat Cleans 95/65BurpeesSumo Deadlift High-pull 95/65Box Jumps 24/18Push Press 95/65Knees-to-elbows Post results/thoughts to comments Wow, pure heart and determination today guys. You all put it all out on the table and pushed yourselves incredibly hard in a long and super tough WOD. Give yourself a pat a on the back, likely one of the hardest things you’ve ever done. Our On-ramp group did an awesome job tonight as well and finished up their last class, you’ll be seeing them in the normal classes from now on. Awesome to see you guys stepping it up on your strength work today as well as getting stronger in the bodyweight movements. Elliott killed it getting through the entire 30 muscle-ups, and many of you trudged through the long fought out 90 pull-ups and 90 ring dips as a sub, killer to see guys.
