The rain was kind enough to stay away for the evening and we were able to get a solid workout in. A good group showed up, and we had another new addition to the group this evening which was great. We split up into teams tonight and did a WOD consisting of groups of 4, we had one late comer that did an individual WOD. I really think people are enjoying the team workouts, everyone is pushing each other, and helping each other, super awesome to see. Weather looks gorgeous for the next week or so, hope to see a bunch of folks out on Friday. Cheers. WOD starts off with a 400m run Coming around for another lap 2 people resting, 2 people working, 200 box jumps to bang out – CVCF
