Ate mostly Paleo yesterday, my non-paleo food was 2 TBSP of Organic Ketchup, and 2 scoops of ON Whey. I decided to go out for another mountain bike ride despite the fact that it was my rest day. I figured an easy pedal would help work some of the soreness out of my legs. Unfortunately I was wrong, my legs were so worked that I didn’t really have the strength to even go for an easy pedal. I rode for about 45 minutes but that was it. Going to rest up and make sure I get a big dinner so that my legs are hopefully good to go tomorrow morning. – Jade

Nutrition yesterday was okay. Couldn’t really track it though unfortunately. I ate well throughout the day and then went to a big thanksgiving potluck party. Ate Paleo throughout the dinner, had some starch via red potatoes, I did have a couple slices of pie for dessert so that killed me for the day. Back on the wagon tomorrow. My goal is going to take this day by day, try and eat paleo when possible but in special situations such as the one last night I will break away from the diet. Training today was supposed to be a 5k run, I went out on a mountain bike ride instead which was great. My quads were definitely feeling it a bit from the last two days of training, and the ride today absolutely destroyed them. My legs are in some serious pain right now,…

Nutrition was awful yesterday. My main problem has become work, we get busy and I can’t take the time to make food so I end up eating whatever is around. This was the case yesterday. I had two slices of pizza and a huge chocolate chip cookie. I’m going to try and remedy this problem my cooking meals and bringing them to work so I have something ready to go. One thing that I was amazed with was that I woke up this morning with a legitimate hangover from the food. Kind of scary. Ate all Paleo yesterday. My traps and chest have a good bit of soreness in them, other then that I feel fine. I will say I was feeling a bit tired the last 24 hours, and slept a bit extra today. I slept about 9 hours. I had an 8 AM class which I should have gotten up for, but when my alarm went off I was just feeling to tired, had I gotten up that would have given me 6.5 hours of sleep.
