WOD: 1) Squat Clean and Jerk: 2 reps @ 80% of 1RM Every-minute-on-the-minute for 10 minutes This must be a squat clean, unless you have some sort of mobility issue you must squat clean. Jerk can be either push or split, whatever is more efficient for you. These are not meant to be touch and go.
