Perform this workout just like the Christmas Song “12 Days of Christmas.” Start by performing 10 Double-unders, the next round is 2 Snatches + 10 Double-unders, the next round is 3 Muscle-ups, 2 Snatches, 10 Double-unders, and so on until you’ve completed all 12 rounds.
