WOD:

1) Snatch: 1 Rep Every 1:00 x 15 sets

Warm-up as needed. Start around 60-70% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as deemed fit.

2) Clean and Jerk: 1 Rep Every 1:30 x 10 sets

Warm-up as needed. Start around 60-70% of your 1RM. Build as heavy as deemed fit.

3) AQAP:

100 Double-unders

80 Wall Balls 20/14

60 Calories Rowed

40 Handstand Push-ups

20 Clean and Jerks 135/95

Rest as needed.

4) 5 rounds AQAP:

5 Deadlifts 315/205

10 Bar Facing Burpees

Rest as needed.

5) Legless Rope Climbs: 3 sets of 5

Rest 3 minutes between sets. Sets should be done as fast as possible.
