3 Deadlifts 455/305

Scale as needed. Break up the Dumbbell Push Press however you like.

4) Handstand Walk: 50ft Every 1:00 x 10 sets

Focus should be on moving unbroken and fast.

5) Tempo Ring Push-ups: 6 sets of 6

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. 3 second descent, then fast drive up. Add load if deemed fit.
