3) 10 minute AMRAP:

200m Run

15 Wall Balls 20/14

10 Toes-to-bar


Post Class:

4) Glute Ham Raise: 5 sets of 5

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavier than last week.

5) Hollow Position: Accumulate 3 minutes

Keep track of total time and attempts to complete.
