WOD:

1) Back Squat: 5 @ 65%, 5 @ 70%, 5 @ 75%, 5 @ 80%

Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets.

2) Front Squat: 5 @ 60%, 3×5 @ 65%

Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets.

3) 7 minute Up Ladder:

3 Thrusters 100/65

3 Bar Facing Burpees

6 + 6, 9 + 9, and so on until 7 minutes is up

4) Reverse Hyper: 4 sets of 15

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.

5) Safety Bar Good Morning: 4 sets of 8

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.

6) Row: 5 x 500m

Rest 30 seconds between intervals. Row @ your 2K pace.
