WOD:

1) Smolov – Week 1/Day 1 – Back Squat: 3×8 @ 65%, 1×5 @ 70%, 2×2 @ 75%, 1×1 @ 80%

Warm-up as needed. Between working sets rest no more than 2 minutes between sets. All squat should be High Bar Back Squat.

2) “Hotshots 19”- 6 rounds AQAP:

30 Air Squats

19 Power Cleans 135/95

7 Strict Pull-ups

400m Run

3) Reverse Hyper: 4 x 12

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.


For results post weight of each set of Squats, and time to complete Met-con along with any scaling used.
