WOD:

1) Back Squat: 4 @ 70%, 4 @ 75%, 4 @ 80%, 4 @ 85%

Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets.

2) Front Squat: 5 @ 60%, 5 @ 65%, 2×5 @ 70%

Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets.

3) Snatch: 1 Rep EMOTM for 15 sets

Perform as many reps as possible at 80% or higher. All reps full squat. Build as heavy as you like.

4) Clean and Jerk: 1 Rep Every 75 seconds for 12 sets

Perform as many reps as possible at 80% or higher. All reps full squat and Split Jerk. Build as heavy as you like.

5) 20 minutes EMOTM: Odd, 30 Double-unders, Even, Pistol Squats

Goal should be unbroken Double-unders. Pistol Squats, no more than 5/side/round.

6) Row: 3 x 1600m

Rest 3 minutes between intervals. Row at your 2K pace.

7) Reverse Hyper: 3 x 20

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
