WOD:
1) Muscle-ups: 5 x Max Reps
Rest 3 minutes between sets.
2) 20 minutes EMOTM: 1 Jerk
Start at around 60% of your 1RM. Go as heavy as deemed fit. Goal is to have as many reps as possible at 80% or higher. All reps should be Split Jerk.
3) 3 rounds AQAP:
15 Front Squats 135/95
15 Toes-to-bar
15 Handstand Push-ups
Scaling for HSPU is Dumbbell Strict Press or Stink Bugs
4) Standing 1 Arm Dumbbell Press: 4 x 5/side
Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible. These are strict.
5) Hollow Position: Accumulate 3 minutes
Keep track of total time and attempts to complete.
6) Hip Extension: 3 x 20
Rest 90 seconds between sets. Add load if possible.
For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
