WOD:

1) Split Jerk: 3 Reps Every 90 seconds for 12 sets

Warm-up as needed. Start at about 60% of your 1RM Split Jerk. Build as heavy as deemed fit.

2) 10 minute AMRAP:

10 Power Snatch 75/53

10 Toes-to-bar

10 Kettlebell Swings

This workout is going to be limited by your grip, so be mindful of your movements and think about where you can focus on maintaining a strong grip and loosening you grip to relieve it where you’re able.

3) Seated Dumbbell Strict Press: 4 sets of 8

Rest 2 minutes between sets. Heavy as possible.

4) Dumbbell Bench Press: 3 sets of 6

Rest 2 minutes between sets. Heavy as possible.

5) Skull Crushers: 4 sets of 10

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
