I hope you are all enjoying what has certainly been a beautiful weekend. Make sure you are staying hydrated…often dehydration can catch-up to you a day or two down the road. Just wanted to get a couple of quick notes out to everyone. As always if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

BLM Shirts

The Black-on-Black CVCF shirts we printed to raise money finally came in. They will be available for pick-up starting tomorrow during your class times. We were able to raise and will be donating $500 to the local BLM chapter. We ordered just a few extras that are currently hanging on the shirt rack, if you want one feel free to grab them, there aren’t many.

Equipment Pick-up for Home Packages

Now that we’ve gotten all of the gear that just came from Rogue un-packed, we’re ready to hand out the few pieces those of you with home gear packages are missing. You can start picking those items up tomorrow, please shoot us an e-mail so we can arrange a time, around class times is ideal as we will have people coming and going.

Gym Design Changes

As many of you have seen we have started to re-design the gym space and are starting down the path to re-designing our entire facility. This will happen over the next couple of months as we work to be more efficient with our space, and work to build out more stations as we are expecting a likely increase in traffic once the summer winds down. We apologize for any in-convenience this causes, we are doing our best to keep the place organized but there will likely be an area or two that are always a little dis-organized in an effort to re-build the gym space. We will be keeping with the station structure and building out the entire main gym to be entirely station based. Once Covid guidelines are relaxed (we’re likely thinking 6-12 months), the back space will go back to as was, but the main gym area will essentially be built out like a Collegiate Strength and Conditioning facility.

A bit of the gear we just got is specifically for that, but also for our current stations. We’ve begun to put gear out, but you’ll notice at many of the stations the Kettlebell and Dumbbell selection is getting filled out so that people have less issues with which station they are at. We will continue to fill-out the stations in the future as we are able to financially and as we see a need for certain items.

Programming

Nothing for you right this moment, but we will be sending out a break-down and new summary of our programming options, as well as some exciting programming items we’re going to be adding this coming fall and spring.

That’s it for the moment. Have an awesome rest of your day and we hope to see you all tomorrow for another sweaty one!
