1) 3 rounds AQAP:

800m Run

30 Burpee-to-target

20 Deadlifts 95/65

Burpee-to-target should be a minimum f 6″ out of your reach


Extra Work:

2) Hip Extension: 4 sets of 10

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Add load if able.
