WOD:

1) 5 rounds – 3 minute AMRAP – 1 minute Rest:

3 Push-ups

6 Ball Slams 30/20

9 Air Squats

Each 3 minute piece restart a Push-up number 1


Extra Work:

2) Abmat Sit-ups: 100 for time

Goal is to keep constant movement.


For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
