18 Alternating Single Arm Overhead Lunge 35/25

15 Box Jumps 24/20

12 Ball Slams 40/30

9 Knees-up


Extra Work:

2) Single Arm Dumbbell Z-Press: 4 sets of 8/side

Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
