3 Box Jumps 24/20
Rest 3 minutes
2) 7 minute Up Ladder:
3 Shoulder-to-Overhead 75/53
3 Jumping Air Squats
Rest 3 minutes
3) 7 minute Up Ladder:
3 Power Cleans 75/53
3 Push-ups
Extra Work:
4) Hip Thrusts: 4 sets of 8
Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
