WOD:
1) 4 rounds AQAP:
800m Run
20 Overhead Lunges 65/45
8 Rope Sit-to-stand
Scale as needed. Lunges are total reps, 10 per side.
Extra Work:
2) Sled Drag: 400m @ Bodyweight
Stimulus is constant, steady movement. Scale loading as needed for desired stimulus.
