Class:
1) Bench Press: 5 x 60%, 5 @ 70%, Max Reps @ 80%
Warm-up as needed. Ret 2-3 minutes between sets. Use a spotter and go to failure on the last set.
2) Dumbbell Bench Press: 3 sets of 12
Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
3) 10 minute AMRAP:
10 Handstand Push-ups
20 Box Jumps 24/20
Extra Work:
4) Handstand Walk: 10 minutes Practice
Work on any facet of a Handstand Walk.
5) Superman Hold: 3 minutes
Keep track of total time and attempts to complete.
For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
