WOD:

1) Halting Jerk: 3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. While loading is important remember this is ultimately a positioning drill. The biggest fault scene with this drill is holding the dip and re-dipping in the dip. Make sure you explode up from the pause. Pause in the bottom of each rep for 3 full seconds.

2) 10 minute AMRAP:

5 Muscle-ups

20 Wall Balls 20/14

40 Double-unders

Sub for Muscle-ups is 10 Pull-ups


Extra Work:

3) Box Jumps @ 24/20: 3 x 20

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Focus should be on speed and rebounding the reps.

4) GHD Sit-ups: 3 x 20

Rest 90 seconds between sets.


For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
