20 Burpees to 6″ Target
30 Snatches 165/100
10 Burpees to 6″ Target
Max Snatches 210/120
For all those competing please familiarize yourself with the standards in the video…nothing out of the ordinary or things that we don’t already preach so you should all be comfortable with these standards.
