Victoria Soto was a teach for 5 years

It happened on 12/14/12
Her life was cut short at the age of 27
Tomorrow we are dedicating our workout to Victoria Soto who was murdered last week in Connecticut. I hope to see lots of you in to pour it out in respect to this amazing young lady.
2) Jerk Dips: 1×3 @ 90%, 1×3 @ 95%, 1×3 @ 100% of 1RM Shoulder-to-Overhead
Rest 90 seconds between sets.
3) Split Jerk: 2×2 @ 80%, 2×2 @ 85% of 1RM Split Jerk
Rest 90 seconds between sets.
4) Snatch Push Press: 1×5 @ 70%, 1×5 @ 75%, 2×5 @ 80% of 1RM Push Press
Rest 90 seconds between sets. These are from Behind-the-Neck and in a Snatch grip.
5) Back Squat (followed by 3 High Box Jumps): 5×2 @ 80%
Rest 90 seconds between sets. Box Jumps should be high enough that you can’t rebound them.
6) Strict Pull-ups: 3 x Max Reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
