1c) 5 minute AMRAP:
5 Snatches 135/95
10 Box Jumps 30/24
Rest 5 minutes
1d) AQAP:
100 Ball Slams 40/30
Extra Work:
2) Toes-to-bar: 3 sets of Max Reps
Once you lose your kip stop your set. Rest 2 minutes.
3) Farmers Walk: 400m for time.
Heavy as possible. Keep track of number of drops.
For results post score for each separate piece and time to complete Ball Slams. If you did Extra Work post reps, time, etc.
