WOD:

1) Snatch: 3 sets of 1 @ 75%

Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. All reps are full squat.

2) Snatch Pull: 3 sets of 3 @ 90%

Warm-up as needed.  Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. 

3) Snatch Deadlift (Tempo): 3 sets of 3 @ 100%

Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. These should be performed at Tempo, 2 seconds up, Pause, 2 seconds back down. If you can control the weight down in the same manner you picked it up then scale the load appropriately.

4) For Max Reps:

1 minute Squat Clean 95/65

1 minute Shoulder-to-Overhead 95/65

2 minutes Squat Clean 95/65

2 minuts Shoulder-to-Overhead 95/65

3 minutes Squat Clean 95/65

3 minutes Shoulder-to-Overhead 95/65


Extra Work:

5) Hip Extension: 3 sets of 20

Rest 90 seconds between sets. Add load if able.

6) Strict Pull-ups: 5 sets of 5

Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Add load if able.


For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
