WOD:
1) Back Squat: 3 sets of 5
Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Build as heavy as deemed fit.
2) Front Squat: 3 sets of 5
Warm-up as needed. Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Build as heavy as deemed fit.
3) 4 rounds AQAP:
60 Double-unders
30 Wall Balls 20/14
15 Power Snatch 65/45
Extra Work:
4) Hip Thrust: 4 sets of 8
Rest 90 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
5) Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 sets of 8/side
Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible. Bar on back rack.
For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
