WOD:

1) 5 rounds AQAP:

400m Run

20 Knees-to-armpits

10 Deadlifts 225/155


Extra Work:

2) Double-unders: 10 minutes Practice

Goal should be to work to 100 Unbroken reps.

3) Supermans: 100 for time

Keep track of total time and sets to complete.
