100 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 50/35

100 Calories Ski/Bike/Row/Run


Extra Work:

2) Rope Climb: 10 minutes Practice

Work on any facet of a Rope Climb.

3) Farmers Carry: 400m

Heavy as possible (keep it under 10 minutes). Keep track of time and attempts to complete.
