1) 23 minute AMRAP:
12 Power Snatch 75/55
23 Back Squats 75/55
12 Pull-ups
Extra Work:
2) Handstands: 10 minutes Practice
Work on any facet go getting upside down.
3) GHD Sit-ups: 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Rest 90-120 seconds between sets.
