WOD:
1) 20 minute AMRAP:
30 Deadlifts 95/65
20 Front Rack Lunges 95/65
10 Toes-to-bar
Extra Work:
2) Hip Thrusts: 3 sets of 15
Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
3) Strict Pull-ups: 4 sets of 6-10 reps
Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Load as able.
For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
