WOD:
1) 5 rounds AQAP:
400m Run
40 Air Squats
20 Power Cleans 75/55
2 Rope Climbs 15ft
Extra Work:
2) Double-unders: 10 minutes Practice
Goal is to work towards 100 Unbroken Reps.
3) Farmers Carry: 400m
Keep this under 10 minutes. Heavy as possible. Keep track of time and attempts to complete.
