WOD:
1) 20 minute AMRAP:
20 Kettlebell Swings 70/53
40 Abmat Sit-ups
60 Air Squats
Extra Work:
2) Double-unders: 10 minutes Practice
Goal should be to work to 100 Unbroken.
3) D-Ball Bear Carry: 400m
Heavy as possible. Keep it under 10 minutes.
