1) 20 minute AMRAP:
5 Squat Cleans 95/65
10 Shoulder-to-Overhead 95/65
15 Box Jumps 24/20
Extra Work:
2) Double-unders: 10 minutes Practice
Work towards consistent large sets.
3) Glute Ham Raise: 5 sets of 5
Rest 90 seconds between sets. Add load/assistance as needed.
For results post detailed weights, reps, times, thoughts, etc. for all work completed.
