 Extra Work:

2) Pistol Squats: 10 minutes Practice

Work on any variation, if you have them perform an EMOTM, if mobility is your limiting factor, work on that.

3) L-Sit: Accumulate 2 minutes

Keep track of total time and attempts to complete.
