1 minute Assault Bike Calories

1 minute Box Jump Overs 24/20

1 minute Push-ups

1 minute Thrusters 95/65

1 minute Rest


Extra Work:

2) Kettlebell Front Rack Carry: 400m

Heavy as possible, keep it under 10 minutes. Keep track of total time and attempts to complete.

3) Handstands: 10 minutes Practice
